Artury Ramirez

Artury completed his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering at the University of California, Merced (Merced, CA, USA) in 2023. During this period, he researched quantifying and optimizing the yield of polymersome formation from polymers on nanocellulose paper and glass substrates. After completing his undergraduate studies, he briefly pursued a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of California, Irvine (Irvine, CA, USA), where he worked on cephalopod-inspired bioelectronic control of cellular signaling. Desiring a deeper dive into his personal research and professional interests he transitioned to the Biological Engineering Ph.D. program at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
