Natasha Jones

Natasha is excited to be joining the Biological Engineering department as a PhD candidate after receiving her B.S. in biochemistry-molecular biology from UCSB in 2022. While completing her undergrad she built up her quantitative biology skills by taking several advanced biological programming courses and joining a quantitative biology research lab. As a DDB fellow she aims to improve and leverage these skills to gain new insights into the fundamental biological mechanisms underlying diseases such as cancer and learn how to harness them for applications in regenerative medicine.
